Note that the hollowed version of the Lucullus hot stone is intended for the preparation of cold and hot starters and desserts and its excavation and the smaller volume ensures not so long "heat storage" as the "smooth" stone!

Our latest Natural Stone Steatite of hollowed-out execution set of the Lucullus Table System consists of:

• 1 x ash wood tray
  The basic frame is made of ash wood and highly resistant to wear and tear. The rounded off profile frame allows for easy and uncomplicated transportation and space-saving stacking of the sets. The surface is stained using a new tested technology for the food industry. A modern and functional design makes this basic set of solid wood perfect.
  The wood tray is not dishwasher-proof.

• 1 x stainless steel Inox Ni-Cr inserts
  The finely glazed stainless steel insert is of a special shape which reduces the loss of heat from the natural stone. The reflexion of the recovered heat ensures that the Hot Natural Stone stores the heat longer. The perfect integration of the wood frame ensures simple handling of the Hot Stone.
  The insert is dishwasher-proof.

• 1 x Our latest Natural Stone Steatite of hollowed-out execution
  This special natural stone steatite with highest density in the stone has been hollowed-out for special applications in the gourmet cuisine and resembles a plate with rim. Here again the surface of the steatite has been treated and processed with an innovative, tested technology. It makes it all the smoother and rounds off all the edges perfectly.
  The steatite is not dishwasher-proof.

• 3 x small dip bowls
  The dip bowls of ovenproof, white porcelain are heat-resistant up to 250° C. They can be used to serve hot dips and or to place desserts directly on the stone. For instance, chocolate for fruit or honey for the cheese remains molten.
