We have the appropriate oven for the Lucullus Table-System

After many years of tests and improvements, however, we have incorporated our know-how into the development of a special pizza oven which has been optimised for our Hot Stone set.
The result is three special ovens which primarily differ by their size. All the three special ovens have one baking chamber each; accommodate 12 Hot Stones, 26 Hot Stones or 44 Hot Stones. The output of a mere 2 – 3 kW make all these pizza ovens so economical that you hardly notice the power consumption! The thermostats of the oven control the operation automatically and thus help to save power when in operation. They automatically keep the set temperature despite their saving energy,

When using the ovens in the restaurant business, we recommend you start up the packed oven at least one hour before use - both thermostats at 300 – 310°C. When using the Lucullus Stones outdoors, for instance on the terrace, we recommend heating up to 350°C. The oven should not be switched off during the entire operation time.
